1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to INDIA only.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within India

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within India

  • Same-Day Delivery (if applicable): Available in select cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru. Please inquire before placing the order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹999 within India.

  • For orders below ₹999, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery) to check the delivery progress.

6. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are looking to expand our reach to international markets in the near future.
